1. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

Standard stock items are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days. Custom-printed or bespoke-sized FIBC bags may require a production and dispatch lead time of 15–20 days, depending on specifications.

2. Shipping & Logistics

Valex Ventures offers flexible bulk shipping options including Less-than-Truckload (LTL) and Full Truckload (FTL) services. Shipping costs are calculated based on order volume, weight, and delivery destination at the time of checkout or order confirmation.

3. Global Shipping & Tracking

We provide international shipping via sea freight or air freight, depending on urgency and order size. Once dispatched, customers will receive a Bill of Lading (BOL) or tracking details to monitor shipment progress.

4. Quality Assurance & Returns

All FIBC bags undergo rigorous quality and stress testing before dispatch. If a product is received with a manufacturing defect (such as seam failure, loop instability, or fabric damage), customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery for review and resolution.

5. Return Conditions & Custom Orders

Returns are accepted only for unused, undamaged products in their original packaging. Please note that custom-designed or branded bags are non-returnable, unless a verified manufacturing defect is identified.
